TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

  1. Reservation and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation, and the balance must be paid in full before the start of the rental period.

  2. Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded, and the remaining balance will only be refunded if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rate.

  3. Maximum Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the rental agreement.

  4. Property Use: The property must be used for residential purposes only and should not be used for commercial or unlawful purposes.

  5. Damage and Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the rental period and must leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

  6. Maintenance and Repairs: The property owner will provide necessary repairs and maintenance, but guests are responsible for reporting any issues or problems.

  7. Quiet Hours: Guests must observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am and must not cause any disturbance to neighbors.

  8. Smoking: The property is strictly non-smoking, and guests must not smoke inside the property or on the property grounds.

  9. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by the property owner.

  10. Liability: Guests agree to hold harmless the property owner for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the rental period.

  11. Compliance with Laws: Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations, including but not limited to zoning, health, and safety codes.

  12. Governing Law: This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state in which the property is located.

  13. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
